Leaders within their business or organization, with potential for future advancement into higher leadership roles.
Passionate about community service and actively involved in volunteer organizations.
Residents or professionals who have lived or worked in Monroe County for at least one year and are registered voters in the county.
Dedicated to living and contributing to Monroe County for the foreseeable future.
Available to fully participate in all scheduled sessions, which typically run from late September or early October through April or May.
