Monroe County’s evolving needs require visionary leaders to shape a brighter future. Leadership Monroe County (LMC) empowers local leaders from the private sector, government, and community organizations through immersive one- and two-day sessions.

Participants gain insights into key aspects of our community through discussions, seminars, and interactions with Monroe County’s top leaders, equipping them to make informed decisions and drive impactful change.

Graduates join the esteemed Leadership Monroe County Alumni Organization, a network committed to collaboration, community advancement, and shared success, guided by an alumni board of directors.
