UPCOMING EVENTS:
April 21st was Class XX's GRADUATION AND 2OTH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION, with dinner and dancing. Many Alums and guest attended the festive events at Hawk's Cay Resort. Our recruitment socials for new class members start in June.
In addition, Alumni Socials are scheduled throughout the year. Please click on the Calendar link to see all of our upcoming events. Please see the calendar and homepage for the upcoming recruitment socials in Key West, the Middle Keys and the Upper Keys. All socials featured food and a cash bar and are on Friday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00. Attending and meeting alumni and board members and learning more about our Leadership program is the best way to begin the summer application process, which will begin again in June of 2012.
In celebration of our 20th year, the LMC Board of Directors hosted a party on Friday evening October 7, 2011to welcome our new class. Alums and the new class members mingled and had a fabulous time socializing with festive drinks and food at the beautiful Southernmost House on the Atlantic Ocean in Key West. This party was the first of three 20th Year Celebration Parties being hosted by the board of directors. The second 20th Celebration Social was held on Friday, February 3rd at Marker 88, where the new class and alums enjoyed DELICIOUS appetizers and refreshing drinks, in a beautiful setting. The Upper Keys event was very well attended. In addition, on April 21st, our third and final Middle Keys 20th Anniversary Celebration will be held in honor of the GRADUATION of our 20th class at Hawk's Cay Resort on Duck Key. And in addition to the socials, LMC has formed an ALUMNI ASSOCIATION and YOU can be a founding member. The Associations will develop programs and plan events for this, our 20th year. Please contact our Program Coordinator, Michael Shields, if you would like to participate. WE NEED ALUMNI TO STEP UP AND HELP MAKE THIS ORGANIZATION EVEN BETTER!
